About the Event

In this one of a kind workshop, you will learn how to be more mindful, let go of restlessness, and feel more at ease in this digital day and age. Get the tools to keep your mind clear, feel less stressed, and how to stay more focused on the things that you find important. 


In one day we receive the same amount of stimuli an average person from medieval times would receive in one lifetime. We can’t control external influences, but we can train ourselves on how to deal with it effectively. In this way, we can be more successful, happy, and healthy.

In the workshop, you will learn how you can affect your mindstates. We practice different techniques to keep yourself focused, feel less distracted, and be more productive. You will learn how your mental and physical states get influenced by external stimuli - like social media, verbal and non-verbal language, and other forms of modern communication - and how to feel more ‘in control’ and keep your attention fixed. 

Expect a fun and interactive workshop and don’t be surprised if you find yourself psyched to go to work on Monday ;-)

About the Organisers

Joep Anndenboom, a design strategist, business consultant and creative copywriter from Eindhoven, Holland. Having studied communication science, psychology, and philosophy, Joep combines his knowledge about ancient Eastern methods of optimizing health and happiness, with a down to earth western (science-based) point of view. His way of teaching is fun, enthusiastic and with a lot of interaction. Joep has his spiritual roots in Ashtanga yoga and Zen-Buddhism and is a great enthusiast of the Wim Hof Method and traditional martial arts, like Muay Thai and Judo. He likes cats, books, and travelling, and believes in unicorns.

Helder Water is a movement driven to inspire and to motivate people to be their true self. The name ‘Helder Water’ stands for a healthy mind and a healthy body through strength, flexibility, and clarity. Helder Water teaches different kinds of methods and helps people develop practices, to feel strong, happy and healthy, and to live their life on their own terms.
