The new centre, located in Poblenou, will accommodate more than 430 professionals and further enhances the offering of flexible offices designed for companies in the city’s technology hub.
OneCoWork, a premium flexible workspace operator and part of the Agartha Group, will open OneCoWork Poblenou in May 2026 — a new 2,650 m² workspace located at Calle Llacuna 15, in the heart of Barcelona’s 22@ district.
The new centre will offer capacity for more than 430 workstations and has been designed primarily for corporates and large companies looking to establish or expand their presence in the city through high-quality flexible office solutions.
Terrace and Garden
The project is a joint in-house development by Agartha Group and OneCoWork, including the acquisition of the building, its design and a full transformation. Originally an old car repair workshop, the property has been completely reimagined to house a flexible workspace built from the ground up.
OneCoWork Poblenou will be distributed across two towers, featuring full corporate floors, private offices and flexible workspaces tailored to companies of different sizes. The centre will also include three fully equipped terraces, including a rooftop and a garden, designed for informal meetings, corporate and social events and team downtime.
OneCoWork Poblenou
The company continues to position itself in the premium segment of flexible offices, combining contemporary design, services and professional community to create workspaces that respond to the evolving needs of companies across sectors and sizes.
Ben Nachoom, Co-Founder and CEO of OneCoWork, explains: “We are seeing flexible offices become a core part of the real estate strategy of companies that need to grow, downsize or adapt quickly. It’s no longer a temporary solution but a structural model. At the same time, companies are competing heavily to attract the best talent, and the new generation of professionals expects more than a salary — they are looking for a holistic work experience.”
A strong commitment to the 22@ business hub
The opening reflects the continued momentum of the 22@ district, now established as one of Barcelona’s leading business and technology hubs. In recent years the area has attracted a significant share of the city’s office demand and continues to draw both startups and established international companies.
With this new location, OneCoWork strengthens its presence in one of Barcelona’s most dynamic business environments, expanding the supply of high-end flexible workspace in the district.
“22@ has become a strategic location for companies looking for innovation, talent and connectivity. With OneCoWork Poblenou we offer a flexible, high-quality solution for businesses that need to grow with agility,” adds Nachoom.
A moment of strong growth
The announcement comes during a period of clear expansion for OneCoWork in Spain. Following the opening of its first building in Madrid in May 2025 — which is currently operating at close to 100% occupancy — the company continues its growth with what will be its fourth location in Barcelona. This opening will be followed by Málaga in summer 2026, further strengthening the company’s presence in some of Spain’s main business cities.
