A Community Associate is the first point of contact for members, acting as the “face” OneCoWork and the inspiration for our members to start the day with a smile on their face. Goals & Objectives

To Support the Community Management team in their following objectives:

  • Create a truly welcoming, innovative and collaborative coworking environment through the building of relationships between members
  • Maintain the building in full operational capacity
  • Follow the lead of the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary


  • Be the first and last point of contact at your OneCoWork
  • Be fully responsible for the welcome desk during business hours
  • Welcome guests, check them in and pass them to members when necessary
  • Manage the set up of all tours, and the handover to the community manager or sales representative
  • Manage particular parts of the member onboarding process
  • Respond to “on the spot” member and guest inquiries or refer to others who can help
  • Help with community initiatives in order to develop curated connections between members, including introductions, event support, email and print communications
  • Be active within the OneCoWork community, both online and offline. Manage the introduction of members to all digital groups
  • Fix member-related problems in order to create a happy community
  • Manage the info@onecowork.com or other necessary email accounts
  • Respond to all telephone-based inquiries
  • Manage the daily inspirational quotes
  • Manage and attend all weekly member “afterworks”

Events and Community Management 

  • Help the community manager with the organization, set-up, and breakdown of events

Building Operations and Management 

  • Manage move-ins and move-outs; distribute member welcome packs to new members
  • Assist with building operations and coordinate with maintenance to ensure the highest level of member experience
  • Manage control access activations 
  • Ensuring the building is clean and well kept
  • Ordering daily consumables in a timely fashion and monitoring stock
  • Submit building expenses to the finance department for expense reports
  • Mail and Packages distribution to members
  • Identify issues for escalation to community and management teams
  • Manage the kitchen, amenity, and honesty market re-stocking process

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A positive, do-whatever-it-takes attitude 
  • Customer service and/or sales experience 
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Must have a passion for entrepreneurial communities and dynamic environments
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel and Outlook
