About the event
Your brain is an organ that’s connected to everything else happening in your body. The brain is so resilient and can recover and heal when given the right conditions. In this workshop, you will learn how to go from brain fog, mood swings, and not remembering where you left your shoes to upgrading the health and function of your brain.
You will also learn simple strategies to unleash your superpowers and have a healthy brain. You will leave with useful information about the things that damage our brain and the good things you can add to your daily routine to optimize not only your brain but the rest of your body.
This is the first of a three workshop series on how your Brain, Gut, and Lifestyle affect your life, and what you can do to improve them to achieve vibrant health and performance.
