Wellness is more than just eating right and exercising, and it’s also much more than just feeling “okay.”

Feeling well means feeling whole, balanced, vibrant, and alive. And there are many factors that we can tap into to feel empowered in our own wellness journey.

The Lifestyle choices we make are as important as how we think and what we eat. The way we live our lives contributes to chronic diseases, or they can help us prevent and treat disease.  

In this workshop, you will identify what’s imbalanced in your life, and how to take charge of your health and life.

This is the third of a three-series workshop on how your Brain, Gut, and Lifestyle affect your life, and what you can do to achieve vibrant health and better performance.
