With hourly to daily rates, our meeting rooms are designed to empower your productivity in comfort and style.
With three stunning and VERY convenient locations, each building maintains its own unique personality from the interior decor as well as the area’s external character. Whilst each meeting room has its own character and design, the choice is yours and the quality of service always remains the same.
Built to inspire your creativity and channel your productivity, OneCoWork meeting rooms are equipped with the tools necessary for your success. Ultra High Speed WIFI and ethernet access are a given, coupled with an Audio Visual System to ensure your technological needs are met to match the modern mentality. Equally, a telephone conferencing system has been installed so that you can make sure noone is missing out on the meeting. Finally, for those of you with a visual mind there are both white boards and TV displays to enable you to present your ideas or draw out new ones as they come.
Need a little energy to get the ideas flowing? We do too. Tea, coffee and water are complimentary with every conference room booking to help you get in the work zone. If you are feeling peckish you can opt for some snacks from the honesty market in the Main Kitchen, but equally if you are looking for something extra we have a variety of catering options from light breakfast pastries and fruit, to simple sandwiches and pizza for lunch. Our team will suggest providers that match your purpose of course, taste. You can even opt for a quality gastronomic experience from any one of our gourmet partners, if you are looking to indulge or impress.

€30-100 per hour + VAT (3-30 people)
Spanning across 3 floors of bright and colourful design and overlooking Barcelona’s iconic Cathedral. Accessible from Jaume 1 Metro and an estimated six minutes’ walk from Plaça Catalunya Metro our prime location on Via Laietana couldn’t be more ideal for a meeting space. With over 6 meeting room layouts, we can create exactly what you need, even for a one day office rental. Prices range from €30-100 per hour (+ VAT) and can accomodate from 3-30 people.
€40-60 per hour + VAT (5-15 people)
Just a few steps away from Placa Catalunya and Urquinaona metro stops, as well as the airport bus, you can be planning your company’s future in one second and be literally anywhere else the next. Planted in the hub of the city you can feel the buzz of being in the city centre during your work break from the comfort of our rooftop terrace before heading back down to our fabulous meeting rooms. The spaces can hold from 5-15 people and priced to reflect this from €40-60 per hour (+ VAT).

What’s the minimum amount of time I can book a room for?
The minimum booking is a 30 minute slot.
How long do you hold the meeting room for me once I’ve booked but not paid?
The maximum amount of time we can hold the room for is one week. If you don’t make the payment within that week then we’ll have to offer the room out again.
What if I am booking a room for the same week?
In this case we’ll only be able to hold the room for you for two days. If the payment is not made within those two days then your room will be available for others to book.
When will my booking be 100% confirmed?
Your booking will be confirmed once the full payment has been made.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made via bank transfer or directly at the front desk with credit card.
What’s the very latest I can pay for a room?
The room must be fully payed for 24hrs before the actual booking. Remember, if a week has gone past since you expressed interest and no payment has been made then we reserve the right to offer the room out to the public again.
Talk to me about cancellations!
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 24hrs before the reservation, free of charge. If you cancel within 6 hours that you’re due to use the room there will be a 50% charge.
What do I do about guests?
If you are a OneCoWork member then you can register your guests through the OneCoWork Community App as normal. If you are not a member then you'll need to send us a list of all of your visitors so we can register them beforehand.
