Holistic health care is an integrated approach to health care that treats the "whole" person, not simply symptoms and disease. Mind and body are integrated and inseparable. Physio Yinyang does more than just identifying and treating a specific ailment.
Yesterday at the Breakfast club, Physio Yinyang - Janine M. Bernardino - explained to us how you live happier and healthier when you connect with yourself and others using Ho'oponopono and Mindfulness exercises allowing you to identify, tolerate and reduce difficult, painful and even frightening thoughts, feelings and sensations.
Mindfulness gives you back some sense of control over your thoughts and feelings, rather than having the sense that you are being pushed around by your feelings. As communication is our most powerful way of expressing how we feel and what we need, mastering it using compassion will significantly improve the quality of our life and also increasing the good vibration of the Universe.
